"This is my first pair of Vibram Fivefingers, I would recommend going to the store they are located at and trying on a few to get the right fit, the associates at REI were very helpful and knowledgable. These shoes are so comfortable and extremely breathable. I bought the Injinji socks to go with them which makes them about 3 times easier to put on. Which in my opinion is the only downside to these shoes. Not only do these socks reduce friction while putting on the shoes, but they are also extremely comfortable. Follow the recommended usage for the first few weeks and slowly increase from there and the adaptation of the lower legs and feet should be less painful."

"I have never tried out five fingers before and this is my first pair and let me say i am addicted! I love these shoes. it was a little tough figuring how to put them on at first my toes didnt want to go in their own spot but after a few tries i figured it out and i just slip them on and off. I love running and these are great, really bringing it back to your roots running in these. AND every where I go people always compliment me on my cool shoes:) love these shoes, go buy some so you can love them too!"

"I really like these shoes for rock climbing, since you can jam your toes into the tiny slots in the rock. I always feel much more stable with my surroundings when wearing these. One thing I would recommend is to go to a store and try a pair on. It's really hard to figure out your size without trying them on. I had a size in mind, but ended up going to REI to buy something else, and tried them on. I was a totally different size! Also, I wouldn't recommend running very far in them, at first, until your legs get used to using all the muscles. It'll really kill your calves! I think the KOS is the best form of this shoe, because it keeps the dirt out. I don't own any other pairs, but my friends do, and dirt and rocks always get in their shoes, and we have to stop running, so they can clean them out. It's a real pain. Since there is a little piece of mesh that covers up the opening that the Sprint has, it keeps everything out, hence the name "keep stuff out". I also like wearing them to the
