"I'm an extremely active person, both inside and outside of a gym. I used to suffer from chondromalacia in my right knee, and terribly sprained my right ankle (by being a clutz, not through any exercise). I bought these shoes as a means to regain balance in my right ankle in addition to physical therapy. Post pt, I started using these shoes more frequently in activities in addition to trail running. I prefer wearing them when weight lifting because of the natural grip of my feet giving me better stability. I also prefer them when doing aerobics which require a lot of agility. I had a tendency to roll my bad ankle when wearing regular sports shoes, but since wearing these, I have never rolled my ankle. The best part is that when I run, my knees do not bother me at all. My stride has changed which took off the stress I was experiencing in my knees."

"These shoes are perfect for every facet of life. I have ran trails, kayaked, biked, and climbed the Great Wall of China in these shoes. I no longer own other types of athletic shoes, just a couple pairs of these. The Komodo Sport were my first pair of VFF and I instantly fell in love. I bought mine right around Christmas, and I loved them so much that I didn't let snow or ice get in the way of running outdoors in them. I do all types of exercise in these shoes, and when ever I go to Zumba, they're all the rage with women in my class. All in all, a great buy. You won't regret the money you spend on VFF!!!"

"Can't believe how quickly I grew accustomed to wearing these shoes. Now I can't seem to get back into my regular running shoes. I love the look and the freeing feeling I get from wearing them. Much more feedback from my feet on trails and my legs don't tire as quickly when running. Doubt I'd ever go back to standard running shoes."

"I just got these a month ago, very light, pretty confortable once you get used to them.I love them, only cons not really a big deal though.Pretty difficult to get on, but once u get the hang of it not too bad. Gets very sweaty in doors, I haven't used them at the gym but I can imagine. use correct sizing, my big toe is perfect other toes are a little too big, but does not change how it feels. I still give it 5stars, those cons are because its a 5fingers, and ull grow into it."
