"Great design with nice styling, but more importantly, high functionality features.
The lace arrangement is very nice and provides adjustable security easily without the possibly pinching of the velcro strap as on the KSO Flex.
Very attractive with fluorescent markings for visibility. Tread is great traction for scrabbling or just rock hopping."

"These shoes are the best purchase I have made in a while. I have had to retrain myself to run differently but it is worth it. The only con I have found is that since your toes are inclosed and its the equivalent of wearing socks with soles, your feet are sure to smell. They made it about a week before they started making my feet sweat and smell and washing the shoes helps minimally."

"Absolutely loving these, light, cool and fast. Not sure how I would feel about running long range in them but I'm sure they would be fine. Only complaint is the sizing chart online is off big time. I did two exchanges on these and it turns out I am two or three sizes larger than the online chart says. Best to try them on first if you can find them anywhere in stock."

"I have been interested in toe shoes for the past year or so, and have done a lot of research on Vibram Fivefingers before actually buying them. This was my first pair of vff's and I am astounded by them. I had really liked the idea of laces on the bikila ls. I had actually looked into Vibram Fivefingers speed, which have legitimate shoe laces, but it's only available in Europe. So I was delighted to find a similar shoe, the bikila ls.
First off, I know vff's are made for the barefoot running experience, but I'm not much of a runner. I didn't buy these shoes for that reason. I bought them for hiking and rock climbing. I wore them gradually around for a week or so, and quickly fell in love with them. Similar to moccasins, you can feel everything you walk on.
Taking them on a rock climbing trip, I first climbed with my tennis shoes, then with these. I instantly felt a difference. It's like these shoes were just made for the rock, gripping to it with ease. I could step
